After a 10h30 flight from London to Bangkok, a quick one hour stop ( that basically made us go through airport security and then a quick liquid/gel search by Australian customs before boarding the plane) and 9h flight from Bangkok to Sydney we finally made it. Unfortunatelly the weather is lousy! Not the summer day that expected at all.... It's very cloudy and it is raining. The only good aspect is the temperature and humidity are quite nice compared to Portugal!
First impressions of australians: very nice and helpful and always finish sentences with "no worries mate"
Right now I'm on a Murray's bus heading to Canberra and trying to set up thw Vodafone microsim card...

Great to hear that you arrived safely and that you found good weather. Here in Lisbon the hail storm was strong enough to turn the streets white for a couple of minutes...
